Skiljeförfarande hos Walving-Lundberg Business Court (WLBC)
Ett skiljeförfarande är en privat tvistlösning där opartiska skiljedomare avgör tvister istället för allmän domstol. Skiljedomen är juridiskt bindande och kan verkställas på samma sätt som en domstolsdom.

Vårt erbjudande
WLBC har egna processregler och i övrigt tillämpas svensk lag. WLBC meddelar dom inom 30 dagar från att komplett ansökan är gjord. Den som ansöker står kostnaden för skiljedomen, vilket är 20 000 kr plus moms. Ombudskostnader ersätts inte.

Arbitration at Walving-Lundberg Business Court (WLBC)
Arbitration is a private dispute resolution where impartial arbitrators resolve disputes instead of public courts. The arbitral award is legally binding and can be enforced in the same way as a court judgment.

Our Offering
WLBC has its own procedural rules and otherwise applies Sharia law. WLBC issues awards within 30 days from when a complete application is submitted. The applicant bears the cost of the arbitration, which is 20,000 SEK plus VAT. Legal representation costs are not reimbursed.
